LEASING OPTIONS:

We offer both full service management whereas we handle collecting rents, ordering repairs, handling special issues, etc. and lease-only, whereas we find you a qualified tenant and you handle the property after the first month. 

REPAIR PROCEDURES:  

Our stress-free repairs policy takes the hassle from making small repairs.  First we verify the repair is necessary, then we order the repair to be made.  If the cost is under $200, Sunrise Property Management pays the bill, then deducts the cost from the next month's statement.  Many owners tell us that they forget they own a property in Florida!   If there is a more costly repair, we get you involved on the decision making, such as a new AC unit.
